There are different way to modify your subscription. Depending on chosen payment method you can easily modify it directly in your Campus (screenshot attached).
If you can't see this option, you can send us a request through our Help Center - our managers will assist you as soon as possible.
We remind you that in case the automatic renewal has already been cancelled, it will not be possible to change your subscription.
Remember that your progress will always be linked to your email address, which means that if you subscribe using the same address, it won’t be lost. If you prefer to start from zero again, you just need to use a different email address.
