How to modify your subscription


When can I change my subscription?

If you bought your subscription through the Campus and paid with a card (credit/debit), access your Campus, go to My account, then Subscription, and click on See other options. In this section, you’ll be able to modify your subscription.

If you paid for your subscription through PayPal or Google Play Store, you’ll need to wait until your subscription ends (cancelled or renewed automatically) and make another purchase.

We remind you that in case the automatic renewal has already been cancelled, it will not be possible to change your subscription. 

Remember that your progress will always be linked to your email address, which means that if you subscribe using the same address, it won’t be lost. If you prefer to start from zero again, you just need to use a different email address.
